Uswapp is a trading name of Trove Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15468840. Our registered office is located at 114 Eldon Street, Preston, England, PR1 7PL. Our UK VAT registration number is GB 484061881.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take effect once posted, and continued use of the site will indicate your acceptance of the revised terms.
Selling a Device to Uswapp
Eligibility
By submitting a trade-in order, you confirm that:
- You are a resident of Great Britain and are using our services within the country.
- You have the legal capacity to form a binding contract.
- You are at least 18 years old, or you have obtained consent from a parent or guardian if under 18.
Device Condition Categories
- Excellent: Fully functional, no scratches or marks, battery health above 85%.
- Good: Fully functional with minor visible wear, battery health above 85%.
- Poor: Heavily used with visible scratches and signs of wear.
- Broken: Not fully functional, cracked screen, or other hardware issues.
Process and Inspection
- The initial quote is provisional and subject to inspection.
- If your device meets our grading criteria, we will pay the quoted amount via bank transfer (non-reversible once sent).
- If not, we'll offer a revised price with photo evidence. You have 7 days to accept; otherwise, the new price is processed automatically.
Shipping & Postage
- We provide a free tracked label (insured up to £150).
- For devices valued above £150, you must arrange extra insurance.
- Devices must be securely packed. We are not liable for items damaged in transit.
- If using your own postage, we'll refund up to £8.50 with proof once the deal is completed.
- A £10 fee applies for returns if the device is not as described.
Return Policy
- If you reject a revised offer, we will return the item free using our label (insurance up to £150).
- You may pay for additional insurance if desired.
- If delivery attempts fail twice, further delivery will be at your cost.
- If no contact is made within 7 days of a failed second attempt, payment will be issued based on the revised value.
Data and SIM
- Remove all personal data, passcodes, and SIM cards.
- We are not liable for any loss, charges, or claims related to residual data or SIM use.
Ownership and Legal Compliance
- Devices must be original UK models and must not be jailbroken or rooted.
- We do not accept devices purchased via marketplaces (Facebook, eBay, etc.).
- Selling more than 6 units per household/year requires a business account.
- Devices found to be lost or stolen will be held for up to 28 days. Proof of ownership must be provided.
- If flagged by the Police or insurers, the device will be retained, and no payment will be made.
- Any payments made in error for such devices must be returned within 3 working days upon written request.
Buying a Device from Uswapp
When you purchase a phone from Uswapp, you agree to the following terms:
Shipping
- Free shipping is offered for all orders within the UK.
- Items are shipped via tracked services with delivery confirmation.
Returns & Warranty
- You are entitled to a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Devices must be returned in the same condition they were received.
- Devices come with a 1-year technical warranty, covering:
- Internal hardware faults
- Software issues
- The warranty excludes:
- Accidental damage
- Physical damage or housing cracks
- Water damage
- You must notify us of any issues within a reasonable time after discovery.
Returns Process
To initiate a return:
- Email support@uswapp.co.uk with your order number.
- Devices must be securely packaged.
- Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

General Terms
Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for deleting personal data from any device before sending it to us. Uswapp is not liable for any data loss or data breach.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory changes.
Fraud Prevention
We work closely with UK law enforcement to prevent fraud and criminal activity. You consent to us sharing relevant information if required by law.
By placing an order with Uswapp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
